One more serial, Laado Na Aana Is Desh is coming soon on colors. Its also girls oriented serial just like Utran or Balika Vadhu. Its about girls being killed on birth.

yeah, girls have taken over everything it seems

I think these Colors channel guys are pretty clever, they are creating stories that would attract many people and thus making this channel watched by a good %. Marketing technique I'd say.

But no doubt, the channel is pretty good and its the only channel that is watched by everybody in my home. It has pushed back many big channels in such a short period.

Thats absolutely right...The color channel is into big time marketing strategy... coming out with different type of stories...Specially girls oriented and and areas that were untouched like uttaran,and now a serial which shows the evil tradition of Rajasthan where the girl child was killed in a vessel filled with milk as soon as she was born... theworst part is it still happens every where in India in different forms..

Yes but I will not watch this serial as the promo of the serial is horrifying little and I think colors channel is crossing its limits now.

i think the channel is trying to bring in awareness regarding the evil traditions carried out in the rural areas of India...in hope to bring out the change due...

So is this the new theme the channels have got, Colours is filled with female oriented programmes. Though there is nothing wrong in it, it is just that i hope that all channels don't start showing female centric programmes.

Oh My! I watched promo of that serial its pathetic, though such serials educate public on what not to do but they just can’t show such promos on TV . It should come with so caution for sensitive audience.

the promos of the serial were not great and i don't think the show will do too well either, but these kind of shows give out a good message and create awareness among the public..

yea.. they dont have a TV.

Colors is now the best channel (via TRP) by creating all these Serials..


seems Star Plus is creating a Similar Serial.. lol

yeah its a nice concept offered by color TV...
I usually see only color TV in my free time..
