Are you sure it was 4000 crores? Isn't that a hell lot of money.

Ofcourse people's lives cannot be measured in terms of money.

I think any property damage in Mumbai would cost a LOT due to the excessive property price rise in Mumbai. One normal man can hardly think of buying a house there now.
