I just wonder sometimes why Bollywood is not able to make a film something as good as Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. Isn't it been a really long time now since we had seen a movie as good as that!

I am sure movies like DDLJ, Dil to pagal hai, Kuch kuch Hota Hai are the ONLY reason that have made Shahrukh what he is now. Rab ne bana di Jodi was a similar attempt I guess, but just could not make it.

Where is Bollywood heading to?

Well you are absolutely right....now story lines + songs are not that heart throbbing as they used to be once in late 90s and early 2000.The reason only is that now director producer dont concentrate on passion...or you can say "working on a concept". They have started working just for MONEY..MORE N MORE N MORE...they dont think what movie or story demands..they just think what market trends demand. You know.

Yeah ,thats really sad for us and the bollywood industry and recently all Yash raj movies are going duds strangely
