Ofcourse exercise makes man smarter not only physically but also mentally..
The researchers were hoping to learn more about how fitness affects the immature human brain. Animal studies had already established that, when given access to running wheels, baby rodents bulked up their brains, enlarging certain areas and subsequently outperforming sedentary pups on rodent intelligence tests. But studies of the effect of exercise on the actual shape and function of children’s brains had not yet been tried...

Yes, I believe this because they can practice their quick thinking skills. They will improve to act fast in a situation hence they also exercise their brain. And also experience teaches you will.

Excercise not only makes you healthy and smarter, but also can change your mood and makes you stress free.

Exercise is necessary for our health.. There are major benefits of exercise in daily life. It improves your mood, helps you manage your weight etc

Exercise is the best thing you can do for your brain in terms of mood, memory, and learning
exercise may also tone your thighs, build your biceps, or flatten your belly. Excercise also helps to prevent few diseases likeheart disease, diabetes, and cancer
