There’s a Rajasthani kitchen restaurant next to my work place, I’m almost a regular to that place. I just love green chilli pickle they give with the food. Can you please give me the recipe if it not very difficult to make.

Green Chilli Pickle Takes about 15 mins to make...will fill a small glass jar or a coffee jar... Ingredients green chillies(fresh)-250gms hing - small pinch salt-1 teaspoon vinegar- 1/2 cup fenugreek seeds(methi) - 1/2 teaspoon mithi saunf - 1/2 spoon mustard oil - 1 big spoon Method First clean the chillies and seperate the stem and cut(-)from the center and put them aside. In a pan (Do not use iron one) heat the oil and put hing, saunf, fenugreek seeds and after that chillies and salt mix them nicely.now put vinegar and mix them nicely cover it and cook it on low a flame.after five minute put aside the cover and cook it on high flame.after five minute switch of the gas.when it turns cold then then you keep in a glass jar. i hope this will do.... |
